Australia, USA and New Zealand produce the best raw material for our steaks. The secret is the 120-day grain muck that follows the rearing on the huge pastures. This will make your steak tender, juicy and aromatic. Our local organic farmer places accents on our menu with his steers, which can be at least 6 years old. The appetizers and desserts come by nostalgic belly shop directly to your table. The ambience of the ox farmer is reminiscent of the agricultural past of the building. The photos and the decoration are original from the region. Enjoy your aperitif by the fireplace in the middle of the steakhouse.

Super tasty meat! Good service and nice ambience
After the very good reviews about the quality so far, we decided to give the steak house a try. The Wagyu offered here, just like the presentation of the homepage, the selection of steaks and their prices and the premises itself, indicated a very high quality or the demand for this high quality. The staff was friendly and took orders quickly. Unfortunately, when I ordered the organic beef hamburger, some extras were missing. The steaks and their cooking point were good at first glance. Two out of three steaks left no cause for criticism. Unfortunately, with the last steak, a very large part of the meat turned out to be very tendon-heavy and not really edible. This was communicated to the waitress when clearing away. Unfortunately there was no more reaction or feedback. It's a shame. No other drinks were offered during the meal. Only after we had ordered the bill was we asked again. Dessert was not offered. All in all the food was not of the expected quality. The price-performance ratio wasn't right either. Another visit is not an option for us.

Steak was great, beef burger too, unfortunately the game burger disappointed us (we love game, but it tasted like bland mush). Unfortunately, the service was not particularly friendly, except for one gentleman, and the bill was not right, so we first had to draw attention to it and it was contradicted twice until it was corrected, it was obvious. Also, despite inquiries, we did not get a corona slip to fill out, which we are happy to fill out. Even if we are now being recorded, I find this absurd. It's a shame that there are so few list checks.

We had the Winterberg steak for 2 people, it was very tasty but a little salty. The potato gratin was bland and burnt, the potato twister super salty and the salad floating in the dressing.

We were all here for the first time, more than satisfied and therefore not the last time here! Great, very different, delicious and tender steaks await you here and in terms of taste, 1a + !!! Delicious vegetables and other side dishes complete the delicacy !!! The unusual and funny veal tray, with which different starters or desserts are presented and offered, is a great idea. There you can see, they work with attention to detail, the guests are served with pleasure and "hopefully" satisfied !!! It was the five of us and found ourselves in good hands all around! A really recommendable restaurant ???!

MoreUncomplicated steakhouse cuisine with exceptionally good meat products and beautifully crafted flavors. The drinks menu is varied. Highly recommended is the Hallenberger Landbier, which goes very well with the meat dishes. Friendly furnished guest rooms, attentive and nice staff in the service. The prices are reasonable. Even if the owner is not sitting at the piano, I can fully recommend this restaurant.
